Shipping Policy For In-Stock Items
All items indicated to be in-stock are usually shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time (PT). In-stock items orders received after 1:00 P.M. PT may be shipped on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse, and it will provide the tracking number for your shipment. Standard shipping for orders within the United States is two to three (2-3) business days via USPS Priority Mail.
As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to notify you by email immediately that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within three (3) business days.
International Order Policy
International purchasers are responsible for all shipping, customs, and import fees. Briotech will not authorize refund for product and/or shipping costs for packages that are denied upon receipt or returned by the International carrier. Orders that are abandoned are not eligible for any refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed, you must contact customer support by phone at (425.488.4300). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When you contact customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund, minus shipping and handling costs, per the following.
Standard Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Briotech, either through briotechusa.com or Briotech's official Amazon Page, can be returned to Briotech. Briotech products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the original receipt.
Returning an Item
To begin a return, please contact Briotech directly with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be sent, using trackable shipping service, to: Briotech, Inc., 19816 141st Place NE, Woodinville, WA, 98072. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. No refund will be issued for any item that is not received back at this location, or that is not trackable. For convenience, Briotech can generate a return label and provide to customer via email; (the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount). Returns that are open and/or used are not eligible for full refund.
For returns with a copy of original receipt, refunds will be issued, at the original product price, in the same method of payment as the original payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within ten business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
When returning the product in person, the original card must be present at time of return, along with a state or government issued ID for identification purposes only. This is required for all returns and exchanges made in person.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Special orders are non-returnable and are non-refundable.
If you’ve returned an item to us and have not received a refund, please allow for processing time and then check your bank account again; as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
