S T A N D A R D O R D E R P O L I C I E S SHIPPING POLICY FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS All   items   indicated   to   be   in-stock   are   shipped   on   the   same   day   if   the   order   is   placed   before   11:00 A.M.   Pacific   Daylight   Time   (PDT).   In-stock   items   orders   received   after   11:00   A.M.   PDT   may   be shipped on the following business day. A   confirmation   email   is   sent   once   the   item   leaves   our   warehouse,   and   it   will   provide   the   tracking number for your shipment. OUT-OF-STOCK POLICY As   inventory   fluctuates   hourly,   an   item   indicated   as   “in-stock”   when   you   place   your   order   may,   in fact,   be   out-of-stock.   In   this   event,   we   make   every   effort   to   notify   you   by   email   immediately   that your   order   will   be   placed   on   backorder.   The   email   will   also   provide   you   with   information   on   how   to cancel   the   order   if   you   would   prefer   not   to   wait   for   the   item   to   be   in   stock   again.   Most   out-of- stock items are in stock again within three (3) business days. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY To     cancel     an     order     you     have     placed,     you     must     contact     customer     support     by     phone     at ( 425.488.4300 ).   Every   effort   will   be   made   to   accommodate   the   cancellation   of   your   order   as   long as   it   has   not   yet   shipped.   When   you   contact   customer   support   to   cancel   an   order,   please   be   ready to   provide   your   name,   the   order   number,   and   your   contact   information.   Please   note   that   if   the item   has   shipped,   the   order   cannot   be   canceled.      In   this   case,   you   can   request   to   return   the   item for a refund, minus shipping and handling costs, per the following. STANDARD RETURN POLICY If   you   are   not   100%   satisfied   with   your   purchase,   you   have   14   calendar   days   to   return   the   item from   the   date   you   received   it.   Only   items   that   have   been   purchased   directly   from   BRIOTECH, either    through    BRIOTECH’s    online    Amazon    Page,    BRIOTECH’s    website,    in    person    or    via telephone,    can    be    returned    to    BRIOTECH.    BRIOTECH    products    purchased    through    other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. The   item   must   be   returned   in   its   original   packaging,   along   with   a   brief   note   stating   the   reason   for the return, and a copy of the original receipt.
